Cancellation & no-show policy
Cancel at or before your previous lesson for a free reschedule. Cancellations 3–4 days before a lesson, or no-shows, are not automatically refunded — Monique reviews these individually and may issue a 50% discount coupon (valid 3 months) toward a future lesson. If Monique needs to cancel, you can reschedule freely with no penalty.
